Occupational TherapistHey guys! My name is Sophie, and I am one of the OT’s in the Astrad team 😊 Originally, I am born and raised across the pond in Vancouver, Canada, but have been living in Australia for the past 3 years now and have fallen in love with the Australian coast, specifically the surfing, the weather being warmer, and the beautiful beaches. My favourite thing about being an OT is that we wear many caps and assist in a variety of different areas of someone’s life including home modifications, activities of daily living (ADL’s), early childhood education, and aged care as well!
When my OT cap isn’t on, I love going to the beach, water colouring or any art and craft, pilates, cold dips in the water, golfing, going to the markets, and spending time with family and friends!
