Occupational TherapistHi! My name is Emily, and I am one of the OT’s working in the Astrad team.
Within my OT role, I love getting to know people and exploring ways to help them succeed within their individual goals. I believe it is important to prioritize a holistic and person-centred approach to work together towards desired outcomes.
Previously I have had experience working within paediatrics, aged care and adult rehabilitation and have loved all these OT pathways. My favourite thing about being an OT is meeting new people and the diverse experience which is brought through community-based therapy.
Some of my favourite things to do outside of work include beach days, picnics, hiking, quality time with family and friends, or even a cup of tea and a sweet treat with my favourite show 😊.
